To Marina, Joof and Jofie, We have just completed a two week safari and I welcome the opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to the family for a delightful sojourn with them. The lodge is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The cuisine is of a very high order of excellence taken in very pleasant surroundings. We have enjoyed the warm and genuine hospitality we have received from everyone and the hunts have been faultless and very informative. All things permitting we shall return next year and therefore leave in a mood of pleasant anticipation of our next safari withyou. Robert and Shirley Watkins -

Dearest Joof and Marina, Such a wonderful time seeing you again. You have made this trip to Africa absolutely perfect! Can things be better than five star? You have found the secret! Yes! Joof Jr., Michelle and Hanns-Louis were all a joy and it was so nice they made time in their schedules to share with us. Joof Jr. - you have made a lifelong impression for a sixteen and a ten year old by treating them as the Bwana(s) and showing them a great hunt. I thank you for your experience, guidance and patience. Joof and Marina, thanks you for your generosity and hospitality. We will see you again, soon. Love always,

My Dear Friends Joof, Marina and Jofie, Every time I come to Africa I fall more in love with the continent. The time spent with you has been most wonderful. I shall always remember the quality time spend in Namibia with Jofie. I have made several trips to Africa and this is the best ever. It would be difficult for anyone to exceed the quality and professional work and pleasure this organisation provides. You are a true asset to the hunting industry in Africa. I very much look forward to my next visit. God willing I will be back.
With Many Thanks.

Joof, Marina, Jofie and Hanns-Louis, Thanks for 2 spectacular weeks in Namibia. We could not ask for or expect such excellent care..... Pampered is too weak a word! The beauty of Rooikraal plus the feeling of being one of the family give on a special feeling not found in other camps. The hunting and trophies were outstanding - as always. A special thank you to Marina for all the time and attention she lavished on us in Swakopmund. Tom will be back for more bargains at the street market, Jean will be back specially to see a black mamba!
Till later,

Dearest Lamprechts, Beth and I can't thank you enough sharing your beautiful lodge, ranch and country. We are blessed to have such wonderful friends - you are our family across the ocean.
Sharing this time with my parents, Ted and Kathy, as well as Beth's first African experience is the best memory one can have. I thank you again for all your hospitality. As always, the friendship, hunting, accommodation and staff made this trip as memorable as possible. Rooikraal is gorgeous and the green landscape made a wonderful setting. We are eagerly anticipating our return trips.
Beth and I love each of you more than you know. Your 'second home' in Texas will be waiting for you.
Much love and many thanks

Dearest Family Lamprecht, Once again, one realises how time speeds by in a land where time is said to stand still. Now, it's back to work and reality. Thank all of you for offering such a great hunt, as well as a wonderfully relaxing experience which leaves one counting the days until the return visit, even though it may be in the years ahead. After this, our second visit, we consider you all family and love each of you and value your friendship greatly. Thank you for enriching our lives and letting us share this time with our son, Tres and his wife Beth.
Until we meet again,

Dear Marina, Joof and Jofie, Another incredible African adventure!
We take home fabulous memories to relive until we return again. The beauty of the land, the experience of the storms and the outstanding trip to Etosha are only the major highlights. The delicious meals and the warm hospitality made it a perfect trip! Leslie Young
It was great coming back and experiencing your great hospitality. The hunting was great as always, and watching Johnny track is a special treat. The eland proved to be elusive and the perfect reason to return in 2008. A special thanks to Jofie for making our trip to Etosha a memory of a lifetime, and for the absolutely beautiful photos. Les and I will have to work on recognising when he is serious (if ever!)...
Until 2008.

For the Lamprechts... hosts extraordinaire. Never have we experienced such superb, caring hospitality. Never have we learned so much about an extraordinary and beautiful place from such able teachers. The hunting was marvellous, and we will treasure the great trophies taken. Rooikraal is a kaleidoscope of wonderful memories and experiences. It is not only a hunter's paradise, but a birder's dream. We saw 81 new life birds in our stay here! Your team - the entire dedicated staff of true professionals - are wonderfully competent and courteous. The cuisine is world class, and the attention to detail the finest we have ever seen.

Thank you for bringing Africa into my heart - These experiences are unforgettable, and indescribable. So - as I beleive - where words begin to fail, true friendship begins. Bless you all! Michael May

I am sure that Roxanne and Adam had a wonderful time and will now join me on my future trips to Africa. You are a great host, terrific photographer and I enjoyed every minute of our hunt together. I promise to practise shooting off sticks before our next trip! Good luck on your trip to Tanzania over the next few months. I look forward to returning to Namibia with Adam. Thank you again. Joof, when all of life has escaped you save the old truck, an old gun, an old dog and an old wife, you will still be a rich and blessed man!!! Joof, Marina and Jofie, please accept my most heartfelt gratitude for the hospitality, warmth and love you have shown us during our visit. When Brock and I chose the Lamprecht family and Namibia for our maiden safari, we took a blind leap of faith. To All: Joof, Marina, Jofie, Staff and loving pets. What a wonderful holiday - we shall never forget it!! When Dennis told us that he had arranged a trip to Africa, we though that it was going to be him coming again, what a surprise for us! We were somewhat unsure and a little frightened. What a needless feeling! The moment we arrived we were treated with so much kindness and attention it was quite unbelievable. Joof: The GREAT hunting for Duaine, the wonderful knowledge you shared with both of us, the beautiful lodge you and Marina have worked so hard for, the beautiful scenery, the wonderful stories. The hunting experience meant so very much to us. Thank you!! Marina: You are such a gracious person all the time wanting to please everyone! You take so much pride in everything that you do. The beautiful tables, the wonderful food that you and Chef Hennok prepare, the lovely flowers on our tray and bed, the warm wishes you always extend and so much, much more. You are so worldly it is so wonderful listening to you. Thank you! Jofie: Thank you for the trip to town - it was exciting for Duaine and I to see how people outside the U. S. live. The trophy pictures were unbelievable!! Also for the trip to the school - we thank you. You are such a fun loving, full of life young man and we wish you the very best. You and your family do so many good things for others.Your staff were first class and so respectful to us. We will never forget Johnny and his 'eagle eyes'! Of course, the Jack Russels made us feel right at home! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your beautiful lodge, the wonderful hunting and your great country with us. It shall remain with us for the rest of our lives. God Bless Duaine and Susie Miller - Fontana, KS - suzdotto@grapevine.net
Dear Family:
I have been fortunate to have been around people who have pursued excellence in all that they do, but here in Africa I have found a family that few can match. In every way possible I have felt that you and your staff have done all that you could do to make our stay here the best that it could be.The stories around the fire, the words of wisdom on hunting ethics for my two sons, cookies in the afternoon, wonderful meals, pictures of the successful hunts, fire in the fireplace for bedtime and a glass of port at the end of the day. Coffee in our room to start the day, hunting boots shined, laundry done and neatly pressed, family clothes for us to use until our lost luggage came two days late, lunch by the pool, Ethan being tossed into the pool by Jofie fully clothed and Umbra sitting in the truck 30 minutes before its time to go hunting so as not to be left. The boys watching 'African Idol' with Marina. Joof talking with us about his and Marina's dream 30 years ago, and Jofie's teaching the boys about spotting, stalking and hunting Africa's game. Sharing your love for Namibia. The African moon rising, the Acacia trees, the cheetah tree, the lush savannah and the beautiful, graceful animals. These are all images, emotions and thoughts we leave Africa with, but, most important, we leave Africa with new and dear friends. We love you all. The Whiskey was great (!) The bird hunting on the last day was fun and, of course, the trophy hunting was the funest. Thanks for being patient and teaching us lots of things about Africa.

Dear Joof and Marina, I want to thank you for an amazing first trip to Africa. Your knowledge and experience of Namibia was great. Everyone was so friendly and personable that they helped to make this experience extra special. Aloha! Randal Abrams - Hawaai

Dear Joof and Marina, Thank you for the great hunt and enjoyable times around the fire. The food was great and the kitchen and housekeeping staff treated me like royalty. 'Zeiss Eyes' Johnny always lived up to his name in both spotting and tracking abilities. He is also a gentleman. Joof and Marina, you were great hosts with probably Africa's finest lodging facilities. I hope to return again to get that leopard. Sincerely, Ross Schnurr - Kamloops, B.C. Dear Joof and Marina, I have always dreamed of showing Lauren the Africa that I loved but felt was lost. Hunters Namibia reminds me so much of my first trip in 1964. Beautiful countryside, unspoilt to allow the game free range. Your land is the most beautiful place, embellished by wonderful hosts, attentive staff and fabulous accomodation. I must admit that I am surprised and delighted. Thank you for making our father-daughter safari a lifetime memory for both of us. We look forward to seeing you at the Dallas Safari Club show in January. Best wishes and many thanks.Sander Thompson - Dallas, TX sanders.thompson@transwestern.net
Dear Joof and marina and the entire Hunters Namibia Staff, I could have never dreamed of this place! It is amazing, and your generosity and sincerity is unmatched.
