INCLUDE:
Full
accommodation and all meals during Safari.
Daily laundry service.
Transport to and from the Airport only.
Hunting vehicles and Staff
Field preparation of trophies.
Soft drinks and beverages.
FEES EXCLUDE:
Weapon hire and usage of ammunition.
Packing, dipping and shipping costs of trophies.
Alcoholic beverages.
Transport to other areas on client's request.
Personal items.
Hotels and airfares before and after the Safari.
. SAFARI CONTRACT, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Your Safari is booked and reserved only when Hunters Namibia Safaris receives a signed Safari Contract, along with a deposit of 50% of the daily fees for designated length of the Safari. The balance of the daily fees is payable 6 months prior to the commencement of the Safari. All payments are to be made in US Dollars unless an arrangement was made with us for payment in another currency. Deposit payments should be made payable to the account of:

Only bank drafts, traveler checks and cash will be accepted at the end of the Safari.
No credit cards or personal checks can or will be accepted.
. CANCELLATIONS:
If notice of cancellation of the Safari is received
6 months prior to the commencement of the Safari, and we are able to
book another Safari of comparable value to replace the canceled booking,
the client shall receive a full refund of the deposit. If
proper and timely notice of cancellation is not received at least 6
months prior to the commencement of the Safari, no portion of the Safari
shall be refunded.
. TRAVEL
ARRANGEMENTS:
The client is responsible for all the travel arrangements
to and from Windhoek, Namibia. The necessary travel documents such as
Visas, etc., shall be arranged by the client. Hunters Namibia is not
responsible if, for some reason, the client is refused entry into any
country, or if the client is late in arriving. Since we incur expenses
in advance of the Safari, based on the calendar days and total number
of days booked, no refunds will be given for late arrivals or early
departures.
. INSURANCE:
Hunters Namibia will take
every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety, well being and satisfaction
of our clients. We maintain the insurance policies that are required
under Namibian law. However, as everyone is well aware, international
travel and Safaris carry a certain amount of inherent and unavoidable
risk and danger. Therefore, we cannot and do not accept liability for
accidents, personal injury, illness, travel delays, and damage to or
any type of loss (including theft) of clients' personal property, such
as firearms, camera equipment and luggage. Accordingly, we require that
all clients arrange for their own travel, life, medical and cancellation
insurance to cover all these potential risks that could occur before,
during or after their Safari. This coverage can easily be obtained through
reputable and experienced international travel agents.
